Online Survey System

The system allows for two different kinds of users: admins and subscribers or regular users. The administrator is the only user position that may create new users and is responsible for managing all of the information included inside this system. There are just three different types of inputs that may be chosen from when using the survey form builder to choose how users or subscribers should respond to the questions. The radio buttons, the checkbox, and the text field make up the three choices. If the survey question requires only (1) one answer, then the radio button will be used. On the other hand, the checkbox will be used for survey questions that enable numerous answers from which the user or subscriber can pick. The textarea is going to be used for the dynamic survey question like the remark. A report that may be printed out is produced by the system for the outcome of each survey set.
